Peace Water Vial talisman

Peace water is something made to create an ambience of peacefulness, and is the counter to war water. Peace water is a simple concept made form a few ingredients. When war water is encountered peace water is often poured over it to counter the effects.

Peace water works on the concept of the calm over troubled waters. In ours we used blessed holy water from the Vatican blessed by one of the past popes, as well as blessed holy water from an ancient area (naturally there is more to this then just what is mentioned). We then put inside a small easily concealed vial that is meant to be carried or worn. This creates an ongoing ambience of effect around it, and in turn around the person wearing or carrying it. 

This can be either worn or placed in a location to discretely provide the effect. It can be placed above or behind entrance ways to provide a calming upon entering, worn to create the ambience, and however else you might think to use the effects. This does not come with a chain.
