Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us at aetherghost@yahoo.ca with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw (e.g., a letter sent by email).

If withdrawal applies, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your returned goods. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

Exceptions: Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Custom-made or personalized items (made-to-order products)

Goods that have been unsealed and are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons

As our products are handmade and made-to-order, most items are exempt from the standard withdrawal right. However, we will always work with you to find a fair resolution.

All items are considered custom made, and are made to order when purchased. Some may differ a bit in appearance from the pictures on the listing. 

Items that have been removed from the plastic or paper they are shopped in are considered opened. This is specific to, but not exclusive of, oils, powders, baths, and custom made items.
