Shipping Policy

Packages, if applicable, will be shipped with the most economical method available, and when shipping is available. Shipping options are not available on weekends or holidays; packages will be sent when possible. Weather may delay shipping.

Country of Origin All orders are shipped from Canada.

Estimated Delivery Times Items are mostly made to order and will be shipped shortly after they are made. Domestic (Canadian) orders typically arrive within 5–14 business days after dispatch. International orders, including those to the European Economic Area (EEA), typically arrive within 10–30 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs clearance. Delivery times are not under our control. Shipping routes and customs clearance may add time onto the estimated delivery time.

Import Duties & Customs (EU/International Customers) Orders shipped to the European Economic Area and other international destinations may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are a combination of the shipping price, packaging costs, and transport/handling costs.

Delivery Attempts We will ship to the address you provide with the information you provide. Unsuccessful delivery attempts will be investigated. Unsuccessful delivery resulting from an incorrect address provided, not accepting, or not answering delivery attempts will not be resent or reimbursed. The customer must accept delivery or forfeit their purchase.
