Law keep away oil is designed to cause the eye of the law to look elsewhere, to become disinterested in you, and to be drawn away.

 Use on poppets, effigies, candles, talismans, and any way you deem as acceptable.

This does not make you invisible or stop from getting caught, so be wise in use. 

This is not promoting nefarious actions, or anything of the sort. Sometimes getting a break from a scrutinizing eye is required.
