Devil's Snuff powder

First thing to say: This is not a snuff powder, So don't be here thinking you going to use it that way, because no. 

Snuff by definition is to extinguish. Meaning this, being a very old and obscure powder, means devil's extinguish. That should help enlighten on the use and function of this powder. Which is to stop interference and to temporarily spiritually blind an opponent from divination.
