Cut & clear oil is a staple of traditional practitioners. 

This oil is one of the most common and well utilized, it can be found in almost every practitioner tool box.

Traditionally this oil is used to cut away connections, and clear those away. Used often in removing the spiritual connection between people. There are a wide variety of workings that utilize this oil, some are even named after it.
